Remodeling & Custom Home Builder in St. George, UT
Custom homes, additions, and remodels in St. George, built by a contractor who has personally worked every trade on the jobsite.
Your St. George Contractor Since 2001
St. George is the biggest and fastest-growing city in Washington County, and it brings in a lot of contractors chasing the work. The hard part for a homeowner is telling the difference between a builder who knows quality and one who just manages other people doing it.
Steve came up through the trades. He has personally done framing, plumbing, tile, drywall, concrete, and finish carpentry before he ever ran a job as a general contractor. That means when he walks a St. George jobsite, he can see whether a subcontractor cut a corner, and he sends it back to be done right. We're based right next door in Washington, so St. George is home turf.

- Kitchen remodels with real cabinets and stone countertops
- Bathroom remodels, including walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions
- Basement finishing, including kitchenettes and egress for rental or Airbnb income
- Outbuildings, sheds, and pole barns
- Outdoor living, greenhouses, and garden builds
Building in St. George Specifically
St. George isn't a place you can build the same way you would somewhere milder. A few things we account for on every project here:
- Soil and foundations. Parts of the valley have pockets of blue clay and loose soil. Every build starts with a compaction test, and where the soil is poor we dig out and replace it with engineered road base, compacted in lifts and re-tested before any concrete goes in. Skipping that is how foundations crack a few years later.
- Hard water. St. George water is hard on fixtures and irrigation. We plan for it instead of letting it surprise you.
- Summer heat. We don't cut corners on wall and attic insulation or HVAC sizing, no matter what code lets us get away with. It's the difference between a comfortable house and a high power bill.
- Monsoon drainage. No snow load here, but summer storms dump fast. Site grading and drainage get done right.
Why St. George Homeowners Call Us
Our reviews say the same things over and over: clear communication, on time, on budget, and quality that holds up. Customers name Steve and the crew personally, because they were on the jobsite, not running it from a truck across town.
We'd rather tell you straight whether we're the right fit than talk you into a job. If a project isn't something we'd do well, we'll say so.
We also build for homeowners across Washington County, including nearby Hurricane and the Ivins and Santa Clara area.
